The three of us came from operations, learner experience and instructional design. Across those different jobs, we kept running into the same frustration.

We had watched learning shrink into slide decks, dashboards and "just click through it" modules that nobody remembered five minutes later. Often we were the ones standing next to the learner, asked to sell it as the best training they'd ever take, when it was nothing of the sort.
